One Quote :
"Innovation has nothing to do with how many R&D dollars you have. When Apple came up with the Mac, IBM was spending at least 100 times more on R&D. It's not about money. It's about the people you have, how you're led, and how much you get." ~ Steve Jobs
These are the most inspiring quotes of all time. It teaches me how to value people by giving them what they actually need.
I also follow the above principles by Steve Jobs and have learned how to value others and receive more by providing more.

Some of the most important truths in life are contradictory on the surface. They seem like impossibilities, yet experience proves them to be obvious over and over again. It isn’t until you look a bit deeper, beneath the surface contradictions, that the real grains of wisdom emerge.
Paradoxes are those statements which contradicts the truth of itself statements but, precedently it proves to be true or it can seem to be false at the same time.
So, there are almost 20 paradoxes in our lives which are still true . Some of them are listed below . Enjoy!
The more you hate a trait in someone else , the more you are avoiding those traits in yourself . I believe that characteristics in someone else that we don’t like or something which bothers us , are the reflection of the part of ourselves . Most people call it “being an asshole.” For example, the woman who is insecure about her weight will call everyone else fat. The man who’s insecure about his money will criticize others for theirs.
People who can’t trust , they can’t be trusted . If you can’t trust anyone , then they will also lose their belief in you . People who are chronically insecure in their relationships are more likely to sabotage them. Call it the Good Will Hunting syndrome, but one way people protect themselves from getting hurt is by hurting others first.
The more you try to impress others , the less impressed they’d be . If you think that a girl will be impressed by your damn goggles or branded watch , then you are making a fool of yourself . People become less impressed when we try to show them that side which we are not exactly, So try to be yourself and don’t copy others . Nobody likes a try-hard.
The More you’ll fail , the more you’re likely to succeed . Success is not measured by the number of money you have , but the number of trial and errors you make . Success is directly proportional to the number of failures you face . Edison tried over 10,000 prototypes before getting the lightbulb right. Michael Jordan got cut from his high school team. Success comes from improvement and improvement comes from failure. There’s no shortcut around it.
The more something scares you , the more you should do it . Fears when avoided , become a limitation for our growth and success . So we Need to avoid our fear of getting scared of something . Speaking to an attractive person, cold-calling someone to get a new job, public speaking, starting a business, saying something controversial, being painfully honest with somebody, etc.. These are all things that make you scared, and they make you scared because they are things that should be done. So to achieve your dream , you need to overcome the fear to do those things that should be done.
The more afraid you are of death , the less you’ll be able to enjoy your life . We all need to make it certain that death is inevitable . So , without caring and thinking of our death , we should be more focused on how to live a happy and fulfilled life . Death is surely to come for everyone . We all are going to die someday or the other , so instead of worrying about our death , we should start living a peaceful and happy life . “Life shrinks and expands in proportion to one’s courage.”
The More you learn , the more you realize how little you know. This is known to be the Learning Paradox of life . Every time you gain a greater understanding, it creates even more questions than it answers. Every time you learn something , it wide opens the door for more Questions and curiosity to go deeper .
The less you care about others , the less you care about yourself . People love to treat others the same way they love to treat themselves . It’s a straightforward amplification , you see. “The way I'll treat you depends more on how you will treat me.” It may not be apparent on the outside, but people who are cruel to the people around them are cruel to themselves.
The more connected we get , the more isolated we feel . The more developed and advanced we become , we tend to go towards the line of loneliness and depression . Despite being in more constant communication than ever, research finds an increase in loneliness and depression in the developed world over the past few decades.
The more you are afraid to fail , the more likely you are to fail . It is like a self-fulfilling prophecy .
The harder you’ll push for something , the harder it’ll feel to achieve . When we expect something to be difficult, we often unconsciously make it more difficult. For instance, for years, I assumed starting a conversation with a stranger was something that was highly abnormal and therefore “difficult.” As a result, I spent a lot of time strategizing and studying ways to relate to people I didn’t know. Little did I realize all I had to do was say “Hi” and then ask a simple question; that would get me 90% of the way there. But because it felt hard, I proceeded to make it hard for myself.
The more available something is , the less you’ll want it. Humans have a strong scarcity bias. We unconsciously assume things that are scarce are valuable and things that are abundant are not. This is not the case.
The best way to meet someone else is not to be with someone else. It happens sometimes with us that the best way to spend time with someone , often we end up not meeting them . The fact that the best way to find any sort of relationship — committed or otherwise — is by not needing a relationship to be happy and investing more in yourself.
The more Honest you’re to your flaws and faults , the more people think you’re Perfect . If you can commit all flaws and faults in yourself , then not only you are making yourself perfect but also you’re making people think that you are perfect . It’s a better way to commit that you can make and accept your mistakes too. The best thing is that if you think that you’re not that great , the more people will think that you’re great . The amazing thing about vulnerability is the more comfortable you are about not being that great, the more people will think you are.
The more you’ll try to make someone close , the further away you’ll push them . It’s like a contradictory magnet , you see. It’s like the person you want to attract so much is made up of different poles than yours , that’s why the repulsion between you and that person is more obvious , when you try to make them closer to you . This is the argument against jealousy in relationships: once actions or feelings become obligations, they lose all meaning.
The more you try to argue with someone , the less likely you are to convince them of your perspective . The reason for this is that most arguments are emotional in nature. They come from someone’s values or self-perceptions being violated. Logic is only used to validate those pre-existing beliefs and values. It’s rarely about the objective or logical truth as much as it is repairing people’s worldviews. For any real debate to truly exist, both parties must be making an honest concession to put their egos aside and only deal with the data.
The more choices you have , the less satisfied you’re with each one . It happens with us many times , knowingly or sometimes unknowingly . This is known as the paradox of choices . The more the choice we make infront of us , the more the expectations that will rise in us and it makes so much difficult for our mind to decide from which choice we actually choose . Research shows that when we’re presented with more options, we become less satisfied with any particular one we go with. The theory is that when we have so many options, we have greater opportunity costs to select each particular one; therefore, we’re less happy with our decision. Think about the departmental store , or any cloth shop where they represent before you 50 different varieties and colour options that it becomes such a difficult thing for us to what to choose from.
The more convinced someone is that they’re right, the less they probably know. There’s a direct correlation between how open a person is to differing perspectives and how much that person actually knows about any given subject. Or as the philosopher Bertrand Russell once said: “The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.”
The only thing that is certain is that nothing is ever certain . I already understood this concept when I was 17 in my hometown .
Change is the only constant . Earth keeps on changing and it’s getting more revolutionized . Historians are not the Prophets after all . The things which happened in the past , that’s not definitely sure that the same thing will also happen in the future . You cannot predict the unprecedented things that could happen , afterall.
“The things which never happened before , it’s definitely going to happen in the near future .” Change will occur and it’s inevitable . One of those little banal statements that feels really profound but doesn’t actually mean anything. But it’s still true!
