These words said by the legendary Steve Jobs have a devoted place in my mind. This quote reminds me that I need to do something great in my life and want to accomplish something that I love to do .

We all want to be productive but everyday it’s not similar - someday you might get a call, other day you might get a meeting , you may get emails , you need to message someone urgently . So in this chaotic day it’s very hard to get focused and concentrated and thus,productivity is far way ahead - we all need some sort of a hack to get our things going down with a flow.
So here I am , going to tell you about 7 life changing productivity hacks that will help you get your sh*it done easily .
And Honestly you’re going to love all of them.

Pomodoro Technique :
Very Efficient , Time-Saving and Super productive Technique.
In this technique , first Schedule down any tasks that you want to do .
Break down your task into 30 minutes segments and in each segment grind up continuously for , without stopping, 25 minutes and give a 5 minutes break. Continue this cycle until your task is done.
For Example : Let’s say , you want to write an article and you admit to yourself that the article would take up precisely 2 hours to complete. Now break this 2 hours into 4 segments of 30 minutes each . In each segment grind up continuously , without distraction , for 25 minutes and then take a 5 minutes break - get a coffee , go for a walk or something . And then continue the same process until you complete your task.
By doing and practicing this effective technique , your efficiency level will increase and you can basically do more of your work than you’ve admitted . So , in short , this technique will help you to maximize your productivity. Try this. It's really helpful.
Delegating Tasks :
This is also the most efficient and time-managing hack that you can follow.
What you do is,In this technique - you delegate your tasks to someone else as these tasks might be “Urgent” for you but “Not Important” . So , by doing this , you can also focus on some other relevant work of yours and it will also not have an impact on your productivity.
I find this technique very helpful because it prioritizes my task and manages it very ruthlessly.
The 2-minute Rule :
Super Productive and hassle-free hack for maintaining productivity level.
If you can complete a task that would take less than 2 minutes , then you shouldn’t procrastinate , instead you should do it Immediately.
This method will reduce your burden of such small tasks that hurdles your Important tasks and thus will make you more productive.
Time-Blocking :
Again this is a very productive and super-Efficient method to manage your time very well. It sorts out your tasks and prioritizes the time for you very diligently.
In this method , what you do is basically , you can block any specific amount of your time for any topic/tasks that you think you want to complete and simply stick it to your calendar. Now , as you go through your tasks , you know how much time you want to give to task A and how much time to task B.
This method is very efficient and time -saving .
Try it . It’s pretty helpful .
Systems over goals :
“ Forget about setting goals , focus on the Systems Instead .”
If you have any goals , then focusing only on the goal will not be very effective , if your Systems are not Strong and foundationally built.
If you’re an entrepreneur, your goal might be to build a million-dollar business. Your system is how you test product ideas, hire employees, and run marketing campaigns.
So try to focus on System over goals . How to achieve your goals , How to build your Systems better and focus on maintaining the foundation of your System strong. That will really help you.
Batching :
Very Productive and time-saving.
In this Technique , you batch your tasks all at once and do them all on a single day.
Like Replying to all emails at once , record your weekly Youtube video all at once.
